The new series of Siemens ceramic replacement nozzles from COT are revolutionizing the pick-and-place industry by offering more efficiency and outlasting all competitors’ nozzles. COT nozzle designs offer placement down to 01005 components. The nozzles are compatible with the following Siemens models: Siplace, CS, CF, D1, D2, D3, D4 F5, HM, HS-60, HF, S-27, HM, X2, X3, X4, X4i and SX.

Count On Tools’ special vacuum geometry provides excellent performance, saving customers time and money during production. COT produces molded ceramic tips based on OEM designs utilizing the latest in injection molding technology and materials. All Siemens nozzles are ESD-safe and guaranteed to function properly. The bodies are machined from a high strength plastic, making them flexible and more durable than the competition. Unlike other suppliers, COT Siemens nozzles will not crack or break under normal working conditions.
