The custom nozzle
features a 0.70 mm x 4.0 mm blade engineered to securely handle the
connector during the pick-and-place process. Manufactured to customer
specifications, the nozzle provides the precision required for placing
fine-pitch components used in today's high-density electronic assemblies.
"Many of
the components used in electronics manufacturing require specialized tooling
that isn't available as a standard part," said Curt Couch, President of
Count On Tools. "We work with customers to develop custom nozzles that fit
their application and help keep production running efficiently."
Count On Tools
manufactures a complete line of standard and custom SMT nozzles, tooling and
precision machined components for leading pick-and-place platforms, including
Universal, Fuji, Panasonic, Yamaha, ASM, Juki and more. The company's
engineering and manufacturing capabilities allow it to produce custom solutions
