Count On Tools Expands Its Quad Feeder Peel Roller Series

Count On Tools has added the following sizes to its lineup:

• 8mm Roller – Part # 30-15495 (Tyco #4-1567056-3)
• 12mm Roller – Part #: 1-1567095-9
• 16mm Roller – Part #: 2-1567095-0
• 24mm Roller – Part #: 2-1567095-1

The parts can be purchased individually and come with the set screw pre-installed for quick repairs and easy installation on the feeder. Count On Tools’ blue urethane is specially formulated to increase roller performance and life of the rollers while still providing significant cost savings over the OEM.

The Quad 8mm Feeder Peel Roller is compatible with the following machine types: Quad C-Series, QSA-30, QSP-2, QSV-1, QSX-2, APS-1, APS-1H, Quad 4C and Quad 2C. Additionally, Count On Tools offers all standard Quad nozzles and z-rods (bellows) for the Quad SMT equipment.
