Count On Tools new custom engineered nozzle service covers all types of odd-form components, including those typically placed by hand due to the nature of their design. This includes but is not limited to: connectors, switches, LEDs, bulbs, lamps, power supplies, pre-build circuit boards, displays, transformers, MELFs, terminals, oversized and heavy components.

To take advantage of this new service, contact Count On Tools with specifications and/or samples of the component to be placed. The engineering team can then determine the best nozzle for accurate and reliable placement. All custom Mancorp nozzles are retrofitted onto existing nozzle designs provided by the customer.
