Since joining Count
On Tools in 1998, Donna has become a cornerstone of the organization—overseeing
daily operations, managing customer relationships, and supporting the team with
consistency and professionalism. While her 25th anniversary was celebrated in
2023, her ongoing contributions in the years since have only deepened her
impact on the company’s success and culture.

In her role as
Executive Manager, Donna wears many hats—coordinating complex orders, mentoring
team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems. Her extensive
knowledge and personal approach to service continue to shape the customer
experience and reinforce the company’s reputation for quality and
responsiveness.
Over the past
year alone, Donna has helped guide Count On Tools through strategic growth,
supported several product launches, and strengthened vendor and distributor
relationships across the globe. She is a trusted leader not only within the
