At Count On Tools, we want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

60 Day Limited Warranty: Count On Tools warrants that its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 60 days after purchase. During the Limited Warranty Period, COT will, at its option: (i) provide replacement parts necessary to repair the Product; (ii) repair the Product or replace it with a comparable product; or (iii) refund the amount you paid for the Product, LESS DEPRECIATION, upon its return. Refunds may require merchandise return. Replacement parts and Products will be new or service-ably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part or Product and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or, if longer, 30 days after they are shipped to you. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, alteration, abuse, or the normal breakdown materials. Note: Claims for shortages, incorrect, or miss ordered merchandise must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
