Count On Tools Introduces Hybrid Yamaha Compliant Nozzles

Count On Tools, Inc. (COT), a leading provider of precision components and SMT spare parts, is pleased to introduce Hybrid Yamaha Compliant Nozzles (P/N: 2013-1856).

The nozzles offer custom Yamaha YS12/24 ESD safe compliant rubber, dual ANE slots, spring loaded type 301 with 2.50 round compliant rubber tip. They are available in a wide range of tip sizes from .75mm to 2.5mm, as well as other configurations with a fixed style nozzle base.

Additionally, Count On Tools offers custom selective solder nozzles based on specific application requirements. This includes special wave form sizes and extended or shortened lengths. Generally, these nozzles can be completed in 3-5 days with savings up to 50 percent less than OEM nozzles.
